1. What Lunaround is

Lunaround is a private daily planner that helps you track energy, mood, sleep, symptoms, supplements, and cycle phases, and see your own patterns over time. Your entries are stored in your account and are visible only to you.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the planner. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Please give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current so we can provide the service and reach you about your account when needed.

3. Payment

The planner is a one-time purchase that gives you ongoing access to your account. If you buy on this site, payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. If you buy inside the iPhone or iPad app, Apple takes the payment and Apple's own terms and refund process apply to it. Prices are shown at checkout. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email hello@updates.lunaround.com and we will make it right.

Lifetime access covers the Hormone Balance Planner and the ongoing updates and improvements we make to it, on every platform we ship it on: the web planner and the iPhone and iPad app today, and any other platform we add later. One membership covers all of them; you do not pay twice. If we ever build something substantially new or separate, such as a paid add-on or a different product, we may offer and price it on its own. Your access to the planner is never taken away either way.

Pricing may change over time, and we may later sell the planner as a monthly subscription instead of a one-time purchase. If you bought lifetime access before such a change, nothing changes for you: no new charges, the same planner, the same updates.

4. Acceptable use

When using Lunaround, please do not:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Resell or redistribute access to the planner.

5. Your content

Everything you log is yours. You keep all rights to it. We only process it to provide the planner to you, as described in our Privacy policy. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings.

6. Our content

The software, design, and educational material in Lunaround belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the planner for your own use. Please do not copy or redistribute our content without permission.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the planner available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or occasionally take the service offline for maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunaround is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the planner, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the planner and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently erases your entries, and we cannot restore them. Your lifetime purchase itself is not lost with them: if you delete by mistake, or come back later, email us and we will restore your access from your purchase record, though not your data. If you bought inside the app, Restore Purchases in the app's settings does the same thing from your Apple ID.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. If we ever discontinue the product, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export or delete your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the planner after a change means you accept the updated terms.
